What to Expect

I’ve spent a long time learning about bodies, nervous systems, stress, rest, and why we all seem a little fried most of the time. I read the studies. I pay attention. I notice patterns. And instead of turning it into a program or pretending I’ve cracked the code, I just share what’s been useful.

Some of this is science. Some of it is lived experience. Some of it is just well... my intuition that somehow keeps proving itself right. Take what resonates. Leave the rest. No gold stars, no optimizing your life into a spreadsheet.

Expect nervous-system wisdom, practical tools, imperfect observations, and a steady stream of mom jokes. I’m not here to be polished or pedantic. I’m here to be helpful.
